Julie Gosch is our Senior Managing Attorney. Ms. Gosch obtained her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law in May 2003. She is a member of the State Bar of California, United States District Court for the Central District of California, District of Columbia and New York State Bar. Ms. Gosch was an editor of Law Review at Golden Gate University School of Law, participated in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition and excelled in Trial Advocacy and Mock Trial during law school.
Ms. Gosch is experienced in handling all aspects of workers’ compensation defense including Trial, 132a claims, Serious & Willful violations and Arbitration. She has practiced civil litigation involving personal injury and subrogation. Ms. Gosch is dedicated to providing the utmost attention to her cases and providing in depth legal analysis and sound legal advice to her clients. Ms. Gosch has been successful in actively pursuing early settlement of cases in order to reduce litigation costs on part of the Firm’s clients.
